The Farmhouse Bistro is an independently owned restaurant that has been offering great food, from traditional favourites to contemporary classics, for over 25 years, prepared and cooked by our team of talented chefs.

We are proud to announce that over 90% of the food that we serve is freshly prepared on the premises.
Most of our breads are either handmade and baked on the premises using organic flour, or are artisan. We have our own smoking facilities and smoke our own fresh fish.
Our amazing range of cakes and scones start off with a bag of organic flour in our kitchen, our soups from fresh ingredients sourced daily and the Hollandaise sauce on our eggs Benedict is made in the traditional manner using English free range eggs and butter.
Many items on our menu such as sandwiches, salads, soups
and specials, change regularly to reflect availability.
We source our quality produce, wherever possible, from local suppliers, many of whom we have been working with for over 20 years.
Some of our bread and cakes and many of our dishes are gluten free, even our fish & chips and American pancakes, if requested.
We also have a range of vegan & vegetarian dishes including breakfasts. Our daily specials often include a vegetarian option.
