All roasts served with buttered sprouts & chestnuts, Vichy carrots, broccoli & crispy buttered roasted potatoes

Smoked & ale soaked roast Angus beef rump, fresh horseradish cream, watercress,

    roast gravy & Yorkshire pudding

Butter roasted turkey crown & all the trimmings

Roasted stuffed apricot loin of pork, apple sauce, crackling mash

Poached fillet of organic Scottish salmon, wilted spinach saffron butter sauce
